Position Summary:
Primary Position Duties:
Responsible for payroll and human resource administration including overseeing client solution services and completing all aspects of payroll and HR administration. Including gross to net payroll, hiring personnel, data change, job actions, promotions, demotions, counseling, and post termination, reviewing payroll as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable local state and federal government regulations. As the payroll supervisor you will work extensively with finances in a detail oriented and deadline based environment.
You are charged with the responsibility of ensuring that payroll is processed timely and with precision. You will be required to stay current with changes in government requirements so that the employer remains in compliance. You are also required to supervise, train, direct work, complete performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. As the payroll Supervisor/HR Administrator you will work closely with human resources personnel, and both internal/external clients and employees.
